HCID’s inventory does not include all of the affordable units administered by the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) - HACLA’s portfolio includes 79,379 units, which consist of Public Housing Units, Housing Choice Vouchers, Project Based Section 8 properties and other housing assistance program units.
