AmygdalaGo-BOLT: an open and reliable deep learning tool to trace boundaries of human amygdala

This dataset contains the source code of AmygdalaGo-BOLT, a deep learning framework for automated segmentation of the human amygdala from T1-weighted MRI scans. The repository includes model architectures, configuration files, inference scripts, and pretrained model weights. The code is organized to support reproducible neuroimaging research and can be used for automated amygdala segmentation in structural MRI studies.All example medical images and temporary files have been removed from the repository to ensure privacy protection and safe public release.
