资源简介:
Dataset Title: Data and analysis files for: " Magnetic Resonance Enterography Predicts Long-Term Outcomes in Crohn’s Disease: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis " Description:This dataset contains all supporting materials for the systematic review and meta-analysis investigating the predictive value of magnetic resonance enterography (MRE) for long-term adverse outcomes (including surgery, hospitalization, and treatment escalation) in adults with Crohn's disease (CD).Crohn's disease is a chronic, progressive inflammatory bowel disease. While endoscopic mucosal healing is a key treatment target, transmural healing (TH) assessed by cross-sectional imaging like MRE is emerging as a deeper therapeutic goal. This study aims to synthesize existing evidence on the association between MRE-assessed TH (or other parameters) and long-term disease prognosis. The dataset includes the following files: 1. Data_Extraction_MRE_CD_Prognosis.xlsx: This is the core data extraction sheet. It contains all variables systematically extracted from each included study, such as study characteristics (author, year, design), patient demographics, and the calculated or reported effect estimates (e.g., hazard ratios, odds ratios with confidence intervals) for the association between MRE findings and outcomes. 2. PRISMA_Flowchart_MRE_CD_Prognosis.jpg: This file presents the PRISMA flow diagram detailing the systematic literature search and study selection process. It documents the number of records identified from databases (e.g., PubMed, Embase), screened, assessed for eligibility, and finally included in the meta-analysis, along with reasons for exclusions. 3. RevMan_Analysis_MRE_CD_Prognosis.rm5: This is the complete analysis project file created using Cochrane's Review Manager (RevMan) 5 software. It contains the full meta-analysis setup, including the entered data from the extraction sheet, forest plots for each outcome, subgroup or sensitivity analyses if performed, and assessments of heterogeneity. This file allows for full reproducibility and verification of the statistical results presented in the associated manuscript. Reuse Potential:These data are essential for understanding the prognostic value of MRE in CD. They can be used to verify our findings, serve as a basis for individual patient data meta-analysis, or be integrated into future larger systematic reviews. Researchers can also examine the extracted variables for secondary analyses. Usage Notes:To view and interact with the full analysis, the .rm5 file requires Review Manager (RevMan) 5.3 software, available from the Cochrane Collaboration. The data extraction sheet is in a standard .xlsx format viewable with common spreadsheet software. Related Publication:These data support the findings reported in the associated manuscript titled " Magnetic Resonance Enterography Predicts Long-Term Outcomes in Crohn’s Disease: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis" (currently accepted for publication in JGH Open).
