Historic Fires (1920 - 1970)

This hosted feature layer has been published in RI State Plane Feet NAD 83. This polygon layer shows historic wildfires in Rhode Island from 1920-1970, attributed to the 10-year period they took place in. The layer was created by digitizing features from a georeferenced scanned map from the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Managment Division of Forestry, of wildfires that occurred in Rhode Island between 1920 and 1970.
