Software and processed datasets for: Ocean surface current and subsurface temperature predictions by the Fourier neural operator for the East/Japan Sea

This repository contains the software implementation, preprocessing workflows, configuration files, and processed training datasets used in the study: "Ocean surface current and subsurface temperature predictions by the Fourier neural operator for the East/Japan Sea". The dataset includes processed training inputs derived from GLORYS12V1 ocean reanalysis and ERA5 surface wind forcing data. A sample dataset is also provided to demonstrate the preprocessing and training workflow. Raw GLORYS12V1 and ERA5 datasets are available from their respective Copernicus data services.
