Next-generation sequencing (NGS) has revolutionized systems-based analysis of cellular pathways. The goals of this study are to describe NGS-derived transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) of ocular adnexal B-cell lymphomas (OABLs). Gene expression profiling of RNA was performed on OAL samples to identify pathway alterations and expression changes affected by clinical traits mRNA profiles of 8 idiopathic orbital inflammation, 3 reactive lymphoid hyperplasia, and 6 aesthetic orbital plastic surgery specimens were generated by deep sequencing using Illumina Novaseq 6000 according to the manufacturer's direction. RNA was extracted from cryopreserved lymphoma tumor specimens. The sequence reads that passed quality filters were analyzed at the transcript isoform level. These profiles were defined as controls to identify gene expression profile of OABLs.
