APD Traffic Stops after Oct 1, 2017. The location of the stop has been moved to the midpoint of the closest street. Traffic Stop Statistics will be available to the public 30 days after the close of the prior month. Therefore, APD will also wait to publish its data to align with the State’s publication date. Collectively the data is made up of two views. The first is the traffic stops with spatial data starting October 01, 2017 when the Asheville Police Department began collecting the stop location coordinates and address blocks. The second is the traffic stops prior to October 01, 2017, where there is no location information. RMS APD交通拦截开放数据的APD筛选规则：本数据集视图包含以下专属机构筛选条件：阿什维尔警察局（APD）采用街区地址编码规则，仅保留SBI提交日期处于当月或上月的记录；带有空间数据的记录已对齐至最近道路中心线的中点位置。

交通拦截统计数据将在上月结算完成后的30天内向公众开放。因此，阿什维尔警察局将延后发布数据，以配合州政府的公开时间节点。

本数据集整体由两个数据视图构成：其一为2017年10月1日起的带空间坐标的交通拦截记录，彼时阿什维尔警察局开始采集拦截地点坐标与街区地址信息；其二为2017年10月1日之前的交通拦截记录，此类记录未包含位置信息。
