RISE Demonstration Experiment 2: Reproduction of Post-Quantum TLS 1.3 Measurements

This demonstration experiment reproduced a measurement from the paper "The Performance of Post-Quantum TLS 1.3" (DOI: 10.1145/3624354.3630585), which was presented by Sosnowski et al. at the CoNEXT'23 conference. Specifically, Table 4a was reproduced using the public evaluation artifacts. This table shows the median handshake latency for varying key encapsulation mechanisms (KEMs) under different network scenarios. Further explanation can be found in the original publication.
