Jurkat T cells have been exposed to 9g hypergravity in a custom-built pipette centrifuge for different times (GBF2021). Additionally, Jurkat T cells have been exposed to 300g for 5 minutes in a standard benchtop centrifuge, and waited for different times until adding lysis buffer. For comparison, Jurkat T cells have been exposed to 5 minutes of 42°C. Overall design: 6x Control 15 minutes in pipette (Ctrl), 6x Control 60 minutes in pipette (Ctrl60), 6x incubation in pipette centrifuge for 20s/75s/3min/5min/7min/9min/15min/60min (hypg020s/hypg075s/hypg5/hypg7/hypg9/hypg15/hypg60), 4x 300g 5 minute centrifugation waiting for 1min/4min/15min until adding lysis buffer, 4x control to the 300g samples, 4x heat shock 42°C
