We previously created cell lines with neural progenitor characteristic deriverd from superior or middle turbinated of patients with schizophrenia and control groups. We used single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq) to study the gene expression of schizophrenia Overall design: Single cell 3' RNAseq of middle turbinate biopsy samples from 1 patient with schizophrenia and 1 sample from control group and neural progenitor/mesenchymal cell cultures derived from biopsies of from 1 patient with schizophrenia and 1 sample from control group using the 10X Genomics Chromium platform and sequenced on Illumina NovaSeq6000.
