Glial immune-related pathways as mediators of closed head TBI effects on behavior and lethality in Drosophila

We applied TRAP-seq to adult flies expressing GFP tagged Rpl10 in the glial cells (with Repo-Gal4) to look for genes whose translation are affect at different time points after recieving TBI Overall design: RNAs in glial cells undergoing translation are extracted by pruifing RNAs bond to GFP tagged Rpl10. Samplings were done with adult flies on the 3rd, 6th or 10th day at ZT0 after they recieved TBI at ZT0. Control flies were from the same parents, kept under the same condition and sampled in paralelle at the same time points except they did not recieve any real TBI.
