This repository contains 447 multifunctional peptides possessing both antimicrobial and cell-penetrating properties. Each entry includes its amino acid sequence and physicochemical, structural, aggregation and activity-related descriptors. These features include hydrophobic moment, GRAVY, disorder propensity, amphiphilicity, polyproline-II propensity, linear moment, membrane-penetration depth, tilt angle, net charge, isoelectric point, hydrophobic-residue angle, peptide length, and predicted in vitro and in vivo aggregation. MLCPP2.0, AMPscannerV2 and HAPPENN scores represent cell-penetrating potential, antimicrobial activity and haemolytic propensity, respectively. This resource supports comparative profiling, feature selection, machine-learning analysis and the design of multifunctional antimicrobial peptides with efficient cellular uptake and reduced haemolytic potential.
