3.算法加工:将处理后的数据进行需求量分析:P={a1(单笔最少订单数量)/b1(单笔最少消费额度)+a2(单笔最高订单数量)/b2(单笔最高消费额度)+a3(平均订单数量)/b3(平均消费额度)}*k,k为消费系数,不同地区系数大小值不同,按经验取值安徽k值为0.7。
This dataset is constructed by collecting and analyzing customer demand and consumption-related data for silent fans in the Anhui region, aiming to understand customer demand, purchasing power and consumption preferences, evaluate the market popularity of the product, formulate production strategies for all enterprises in the industry, and better provide personalized products and services for users. It helps enterprises better understand their customers: communicate 1 to 2 times per month with high-level customer enterprises, 1 to 2 times per quarter with medium-level ones, and 1 to 2 times every six months with low-level ones, so as to develop more precise production and marketing strategies. The specific workflow is as follows: 1. Data Collection: Collect daily transaction data related to customer demand for silent fans. 2. Data Processing: Classify, merge and accumulate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis. 3. Algorithm Processing: Conduct demand analysis on the processed data using the following formula: P = [ (a₁ / b₁) + (a₂ / b₂) + (a₃ / b₃) ] × k Where: a₁ represents the minimum single-order quantity, b₁ represents the minimum single-consumption amount; a₂ represents the maximum single-order quantity, b₂ represents the maximum single-consumption amount; a₃ represents the average order quantity, b₃ represents the average consumption amount; k is the consumption coefficient, which varies across regions. According to empirical experience, the k value for the Anhui region is 0.7. 4. Data Classification and Grading: Divide customers into three levels based on the calculated demand score: customers with a score above 30 are marked as "high-level", those with a score in the range of 10 to 30 are marked as "medium-level", and those with a score below 10 are marked as "low-level".
