Each polygon has attribute information indicating the agency or organization with primary responsibility for wildland fire suppression in that area. </div><div style='font-family:"Avenir Next W01", "Avenir Next W00", "Avenir Next", Avenir, "Helvetica Neue", sans-serif; font-size:16px;'> </div><div style='font-family:"Avenir Next W01", "Avenir Next W00", "Avenir Next", Avenir, "Helvetica Neue", sans-serif; font-size:16px;'>Direct Protection Areas (DPA) are the areas which, by law or pursuant to the terms of this agreement, are provided wildland fire protection by the State or the Federal Agencies.
