This dataset includes 29 TSV files comprising characterisation measurements for 290 wheat samples. Data stored in the EVAGRAIN PO2 knowledge base have been extracted using SPARQL queries to provide the 28 tables corresponding to the measurements done on four components: common wheat grains, wheat flour, dough and bread. The remaining file, named completeBase.csv, contains the entire dataset with all measurements but with less details (material used for the measurement, ...).
