The role of NDRG3 in gsatric cancer.IHC investigated the expression levels of NDRG3 in the GC and normal paracarcinoma tissues. SGC-7901 and MGC-803 cells were selected to overexpress and knock down the NDRG3 levels using pcDNA-NDRG3 and siRNA. In-vitro assay analyses were carried out via apoptosis and cell cycle, Transwell migration, cell counting kit-8 and colony formation kits, while western blotting was performed for identification of associated proteins. The NDRG3 protein levels were upregulated in the GC tissues.
