Dataset for "Protocol for Bacterial Typing using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy"

Efficient, accurate, and reproducible bacterial typing is highly demanded in hospital hygiene management for infection control, epidemiological studies, tracking of bacterial cross-transmission, and monitoring of medical treatment processes. The forthcoming article "Protocol for Bacterial Typing using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy" described the detailed procedures for bacterial typing based on FT-IR spectroscopy.
