Translating Ribosome Affinity Purification (TRAP) sequencing revealed that human osteogenic cells (FOB1.19) strongly alter the transcriptional profile of ER+ breast cancer cells (MCF7) in 3D coculture system. 3D monocultures or cocultures of MCF7 cells with FOB1.19. Translating Ribosome Affinity Purification was performed to purify transcriptome from MCF7 cells, followed by NSG sequencing and data analysis.
