A single cell atlas of E4.5 Control and Sox2 MZ KO mouse embyros

Here, we molecularly defined Sox2 KO at single-cell resolution, revealing hidden transcriptional dynamics that govern epithelial morphogenesis via tight junction assembly and organisation of actomysin, cadherin and integrin-mediated binding. Overall design: Approximately 13 blastocysts from each replicate – one replicate of control and an two replicates of Sox2 MZ KO embryos from E4.5 were collected and analyzed using sc-RNA seq.
