There is need to understand the influence of co-application of different quality organic and inorganic nutrient resources on bacteria diversity under ISFM. Also to evaluate the differential response of bacteria species and diversity to P and N application under the systems. Soil P is a major limiting factor in most cropping system in SSA and there is need to understand microbial dynamics with view to harness soil microbes.
