Plants were grown for 21 days in Fe-sufficient (+Fe) or Fe-deficient (-Fe) nutrient solutions with the non-stressed (Ct) or the flooding treatment (S).1Values are the means of six independent plants per treatment (n = 6). For a comparison of the means, an ANOVA followed by the Fisher´s least significant differences (LSD) test, calculated at the 95% confidence level, was performed. Different letters in the same row indicate significant differences between the different genotypes and treatments.
