This study focuses on the miRNA regulatory mechanisms in tobacco under stress from the black shank pathogen, and systematically analyzes the response mechanisms of tobacco to black shank disease stress by integrating multi-omics data. Firstly, based on the analysis of evolutionary conservation of known miRNAs, a basis is provided for subsequent screening; secondly, novel miRNAs expressed in tobacco stems under black shank pathogen stress are identified through sRNA sequencing; further, potential regulatory targets of miRNAs responding to black shank disease are revealed via target gene prediction and analysis; finally, significantly negatively correlated miRNA-mRNA interaction pairs are selected and confirmed. This dataset not only provides critical data support for understanding the molecular response mechanisms of tobacco to black shank disease, but also serves as a reference for crop disease resistance breeding and pathogen control research.
