The Earth Observatory of Singapore - Remote Sensing Lab (EOS-RS) created preliminary Flood Proxy Maps (FPM) covering Luzon, Philippines due to Typhoon Noru (Karding) which made landfall on 25 Sep 2022. These maps was derived from synthetic aperture radar (SAR) images acquired by the ALOS-2 satellites operated by the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA).
