<b><i>vanA_vanM_E. faecium</i></b>

This study investigated the genomic characteristics of <i>vanA</i>- and <i>vanM</i>-positive <i>Enterococcus faecium</i> by analyzing a clinical isolate (24VR2004, ST80, CC17) from a 6-year-old pediatric oncology patient with pelvic malignancy, combined with 97 global strains from NCBI. Complete genome sequencing, resistance/virulence gene analysis via CARD/VFDP, and phylogenetic analysis were performed.
