Buildings for which Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) had been adopted

The Buildings Department has established a database of completed buildings with Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) adopted. The database included MiC projects with issuance date of occupation permit, building type and address. The number of completed buildings with MiC adopted is based on the Monthly Digest Table 5.6 published on the Buildings Department’s website. The geospatial features may not be available for all building blocks in the database of the Buildings Department. Data of the building blocks without geospatial features is not included in the geospatial dataset. Nonetheless, every effort has been made to provide correct and accurate geospatial features to all building blocks.
