We investigated the role of Wnt5A and SRC1 in castration-resistant prostate cancer cells using corresponding siRNA. LNCaP-abl (Abl) cells were transfected with siRNA against Wnt5A or SRC1 or non-targeting control (siNT). RNA was extracted 72h post-transfection.
