siRNAOD3

This repository contains siRNAOD3, the largest multi-modal siRNA database currently available, comprising 63,113 rigorously curated entries. The dataset integrates heterogeneous molecular, chemical, and experimental metadata to support siRNA design, efficacy prediction, mechanism studies, and benchmarking of computational models. Dataset Contents:1. Bare sequences: Unmodified sense and antisense strand sequences for each siRNA duplex.2. Chemically modified sequences: Detailed records of backbone, sugar, base, and terminal modifications applied to each strand.3. Experimental conditions: Cell lines types, delivery methods, transfection concentrations, incubation times, and quantitative silencing measurements.4. Target gene sequences: Corresponding mRNA sequences. The manuscript describing the siRNAOD3 is currently under peer review. This dataset is released on Zenodo to support reproducibility and preliminary research. Upon acceptance and formal publication, this record will be fully open access under a permanent license for unrestricted download, reuse, and citation.
