Quantum Spin Hall/Quantum Anomalous Hall insulator heterostructure: Bi bilayer on MnBi2Te4-family

The goal of the project is to study the electronic properties of the heterostructure consisting of 2D topological insulator Bi-bilayer and magnetic topological insulators (MnBi2Te4)(Bi2Te3)m with m=0-3. By means of ARPES it is expected to study the novel topological interfaces with tunable Chern numbers. The exchange interaction influence on topological interface states will be unveiled via temperature- and photon-energy dependent measurements.
