To investigate the contributions of immune and stromal cells to the production of interferon in the thymus, we performed bulk RNA-sequencing on thymocytes, thymic epithelial cels, bronchial epithelial cells and lung epithelial cells. Bulk RNA-seq profiling of magnetic bead enriched populations from select human fetal (pcw 16-18) anterior foregut-derived organs.
