Differential expression of miRNAs in mouse hearts of ADAR2 knockout mice.

Using small RNA next generation sequencing, we report the differential expression of mature miRNAs in mice hearts in wildtype versus Adar2-/- (Adarb1-/-) knockout animals. Differential gene expression analysis in 3 replicates of 2 genotypes.本研究采用小RNA下一代测序（small RNA next generation sequencing）技术，报道了野生型与Adar2-/-（Adarb1-/-）基因敲除小鼠心脏中成熟微小RNA（miRNAs）的差异表达情况。本研究针对两种基因型的3个生物学重复样本开展了差异基因表达分析。
