**TRANSPARENCY RECAST-SANTE** ================================== For several months, work of **recast of the Transparency-Health database** has been undertaken by the Ministry of Solidarity and Health (declaration site and publication site for the general public). Software should be available to display all these lines.** *** The public Transparency — Health database makes available all the information reported by companies on their links with health sector actors. Led by the Ministry of Health, this transparency initiative aims to preserve the necessary relationship of trust between citizens, users and the multiple actors of the health system. In accordance with Articles L. 1453-1 and L. 1453-2 of the Public Health Code, undertakings producing or marketing products for health, cosmetics or health purposes must make public the agreements, remuneration and advantages granted to the various actors involved in the field of health, in particular health professionals. The information made available is derived from declarations made twice a year by companies and published on www.transparence.sante.gouv.fr. They contain personal data and as such the re-user is obliged to comply with the obligations laid down in Law No 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, files and freedoms. Companies are responsible for the accuracy of published content. The re-use of data from the Transparency — Health database is subject to compliance with the information re-use licence. **The re-use of the data is restricted**, it must be made in accordance with the purpose of transparency of the links of interests, which in particular excludes re-use for strictly commercial purposes. Furthermore, in the event of re-use of data giving rise to data processing, **the re-user must comply with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, files and freedoms**.
