Auxillary Table S3

Data about sequenced libraries: table containing statistics, accession number and other contextual data about the actual sequenced libraries, including metagenomic as well as single-cell amplified genome libraries. Contains the fields:
•library_identifier: ENA identifier of library
•total_spots: number of reads
•total_bases: number of nucleotides
•total_size: size of the files in bytes
•title: unique title of library at SRA/ENA
•sample_id: ENA/SRA sample ID
•sample_name: name of the sample
•library_type: metagenome if it is a metagenome library, SAG if it is the library of a single-cell amplified genome
