所有工厂可以使用，通过了解车辆的区域位置，管理人员掌握车辆的运行状态。对进入厂区的车辆进行实时位置监控，同时对不同区域画电子围栏，有的区域涉及到设备和人员的安全，车辆是不能驶入的，如果车辆驶入了要进行报警，提醒管理人员及时处理，从而避免潜在的安全事故，确保人员和设备的安全。提升了工厂内部的安全管理水平，为用户提供了全方位的安全保障和管理便捷。（1）数据收集：本厂车辆安装GPS设备，此设备发送的实时位置数据接入到监管系统平台。通过与本厂车辆信息进行对比匹配对应车辆。 （2）数据清洗：对收集到的数据需要进行清洗以确保数据的质量和准确性。清洗过程包括去除空格、转换数据格式、验证数据完整性，以及处理缺失或错误的值。对于不符合协议的数据进行修正或剔除，比如重复数据、跳点数据等。 （3）数据存储：清洗后的数据按车牌号和时间索引存储在数据库中，以便进行长期存储和快速检索。数据存储时将用户的敏感信息进行了加密，确保用户数据的隐私和安全，确保敏感信息得到保护。 （4）数据应用：结合船厂的电子围栏区域的经纬度，对比车辆的实时位置数据是否落在了特定区域电子围栏的范围内，如果是，则在管控平台系统上进行报警，提醒用户哪个车辆在什么时间进入了哪个区域，是管理更加方便、快捷。

Applicable to all factories, this system enables managers to grasp the operating status of vehicles by acquiring their regional locations. It provides real-time location monitoring for vehicles entering the factory premises, and meanwhile sets up geofences for different zones. Since some zones involve the safety of equipment and personnel, vehicles are prohibited from entering these areas. If a vehicle enters such a zone, an alarm will be triggered to remind managers to handle the situation promptly, thereby avoiding potential safety accidents and ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment. This enhances the internal safety management level of the factory, providing users with all-round safety guarantees and convenient management.

(1) Data Collection: GPS devices are installed on factory vehicles, and the real-time location data sent by these devices is connected to the supervision system platform. The system matches the collected data with the factory's vehicle information to identify the corresponding vehicles.

(2) Data Cleaning: The collected data requires cleaning to ensure its quality and accuracy. The cleaning process includes removing redundant spaces, converting data formats, verifying data integrity, and handling missing or erroneous values. Data that does not comply with the protocol, such as duplicate data and jump-point data, will be corrected or eliminated.

(3) Data Storage: The cleaned data is stored in a database indexed by license plate number and time, enabling long-term storage and rapid retrieval. Sensitive user information is encrypted during data storage to ensure the privacy and security of user data and protect sensitive information.

(4) Data Application: Combining the latitude and longitude of the shipyard's geofence zones, the system compares whether the real-time location data of the vehicles falls within the scope of the geofence of a specific zone. If so, an alarm will be issued on the management platform system to remind users which vehicle entered which zone at what time, making management more convenient and efficient.
