A dataset of Near InfraRed (NIR) spectra collected in transflectance mode on acqueos fetigation solutions from reclaimed wastewater

A dataset of Near-Infrared (NIR) spectra collected in transflectance mode on aqueous fertigation solutions derived from a reclaimed wastewater.
The ‘Wastewater_fertigation_2026.mat' is a MATLAB data file containing a DataSet object (DSO):
‘Wastewater_fertigation_2026’ including 1620 spectra collected in transflectance mode in the spectral range 1000–1800 nm (801 channels).
Classes set on Row Labels in the DSO are:
• Set 1: ID name of each sample
• Set 2: Reference to outlet or inlet solution
• Set 3: EC values (electrical conductivity, mS/cm)
• Set 4: pH values
• Set 5: Temperature values (°C)
