资源简介:
Two separate therapy-naive, estrogen receptor(ER)-positive patient-derived xenograft (PDX) breast cancer models BCX1 and BCX2 were established in prolactin-humanized mice (NSG-Pro; NSG.hPRL). To investigate the effect of human prolactin on the transcript profiles of BCX1 and BCX2, which both grow faster in NSG-Pro mice than in NSG mice, tumors were engrafted in either NSG-Pro or standard NSG mice. Species-specific RNASeq analysis was performed (BCX1; five tumors analyzed per treatment group; BCX2; four tumors analyzed per treatment group) and human mRNA data are provided.
