Example data simulated using the R package survtd

This example dataset is used to illustrate the usage of the R package survtd in the Supplementary Materials of the paper:<br>Moreno-Betancur M, Carlin JB, Brilleman SL, Tanamas S, Peeters A, Wolfe R (2017).
