资源简介:
This dataset contains the numerical and experimental data supporting the study“Crack evolution analysis in coatings with low interfacial toughness using a coupled CZM–XFEM model”.The data include:1. CZM–XFEM numerical simulation results for interfacial debonding under shear loading.2. Stress distribution, energy release rate, SDEG evolution, and crack propagation paths from 3D and 2D XFEM models.3. Experimental shear adhesion measurements for PTFE-coated substrates with different interfacial toughness levels.4. Three-point bending fracture data illustrating the transition from interfacial debonding to bulk ice fracture. The dataset enables reproduction of the key findings in the manuscript, including:- Nonlinear dependence of the critical shear debonding force on coating stiffness.- Toughness-governed failure mode transition under bending loads.- Design window determination for passive de-icing (E 300 μm).All data are provided in their original formats and can be used for further analysis, validation, or comparative studies involving interfacial fracture mechanics and anti-icing coatings.
