资源简介:
This randomized controlled clinical trial evaluates the effectiveness of telemedicine interventions, including asynchronous exercise videos and remote assessments, compared to traditional face-to-face rehabilitation methods for patients with rotator cuff syndrome. Conducted in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Clinics, the study enrolled 81 participants aged 40–60 years with diagnoses confirmed by MRI. Primary outcomes included pain (VAS), functional recovery (Quick-DASH), and exercise adherence, with secondary outcomes focusing on patient satisfaction and travel burden. VAS scores and functional outcomes were comparable between telemedicine and conventional follow-up groups, but the telemedicine group had higher exercise adherence and satisfaction. These results support the feasibility and effectiveness of tele-exercise programs as a supplement to conventional care.
