Matchup data and validation results for "Assessment of adjacency effect correction methods for Sentinel-2 MSI observations over four European lakes"

Remote-sensing reflectance (Rrs) at the 329 Sentinel-2 MSI matchups of the paper "Assessment of adjacency effect correction methods for Sentinel-2 MSI observations over four European lakes", at Greifensee, Lake Geneva, Lake Trasimeno and Lake Garda. The table gives, for each matchup at 443, 492, 560, 665, 705 and 740 nm, the in situ Rrs and the Rrs of ten processing chains (C2RCC, POLYMER, ACOLITE/DSF, GAAC, ACOLITE/TSDSF, RAdCor+C2RCC, RAdCor+POLYMER, TMART+C2RCC, TMART+POLYMER and TMART+ACOLITE/DSF), with the Sentinel-2 acquisition identifier and the MGRS tile. The deposit also holds the validation results of the paper computed from the table: the metrics by lake, processing chain and wavelength, the outcome counts, the paired comparisons of each combination of adjacency effect correction and atmospheric correction (AEC+AC) with its standalone atmospheric correction and their 95% confidence intervals, the mean median symmetric accuracy of POLYMER and RAdCor+POLYMER over the four lakes, and the accuracy on the samples valid for several processing chains.
