TS-LIQ/CPTU/18 Database

The TS-LIQ/CPTU/18 database contains high‑quality piezocone penetration test (CPTU) data from 18 sites affected by the 1976 Tangshan earthquake (Mw 7.8) in northern China, along with supporting metadata such as groundwater level, peak ground acceleration, and critical layer depth. The database captures rare high‑CSR liquefaction and non‑liquefaction cases, providing a valuable foundation for refining empirical and probabilistic liquefaction‑triggering models and for supporting reliable seismic hazard evaluation and geotechnical design.
