This repository contains behavioral data, dLight photometry measurements, smoothed spiking data from recorded striatal neurons, and miniscope recordings. Text files with further explanation are provided to assist with replication of the main analyses. Matlab code to perform key analyses can be found in the accompanying GitHub repository (https://github.com/sotmasman/Dopamine-constraints)
