Total RNA was isolated from ten pairs of matched gastric cancer tissues and non-cancerous tissues. RNAs were then pretreated with rtStar™ tRF&tiRNA Pretreatment Kit (Cat# AS-FS-005, Arraystar) and reverse-transcribed with rtStar™ First-Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit. The synthesed cDNA was used for realtime PCR to detect the differential expression of 353 tRF&tiRNA. Ten pairs of matched gastric cancer tissues and non-cancerous tissues were used in current PCR array. Each sample was applied in realtime PCR for three replicate. The gatric cancer tissues were regarded as experimental group and the non-cancerous tissues are set for control groups. For realtime PCR experiment, three commonly used house-keeping genes (RNU6, SNORD43, SNORD95) were used as the internal reference.
