Three Gorges Reservoir inundation and vegetation dataset for evaluating satellite-derived exposure–response models
收藏资源简介:
This dataset supports the study “Qualifying satellite-derived ecological indicators for management use: Classification error and spatial transfer in a regulated reservoir.” The dataset contains inundation and vegetation information for the drawdown zone of the Three Gorges Reservoir, China, and was compiled to evaluate the validity and transferability of satellite-derived exposure–response relationships. The study dataset comprises 564 unit–hydrologic-year records from 277 shoreline units across 20 hydrologic years. The archived data support analyses of cross-sensor vegetation-response consistency, temporally explicit inundation exposure, water-classification uncertainty, exposure–response modelling, and spatial and temporal transferability. They include the processed variables and supporting information required to reproduce the principal analyses reported in the associated manuscript. Please consult the README and accompanying data documentation included in the archive for descriptions of individual files, variables, units, missing values, and recommended usage. Version: 1.0.0.
