Extortion 17 Incident Dataset

This dataset brings together the physics, the terrain, weapon specifications, ballistics and the known capabilities of those fighting in the Tangi Valley on August 6th 2011. All data is based on official reports and other publicly available information. The goal is to offer an explanation for the Extortion 17 shootdown beyond the simple claim, "it was a lucky shot." Latest minor version incorporates timeline and timestamped data from the JCAT report, including key decisions and radio comms. This patch standardises coordinates to six figure decimal and corrects inconsistencies, plus fixes errors spotted.
