Ctenopharyngodon idellus kidney (CIK) cells were seeded at 28 degree Celsius overnight and pre-treated with or without fibronectin (FN; 200 ng) or 200 nM Arg-Gly-Asp (RGD; 200 nM) peptides for 4 h, followed by infections with grass carp reovirus (GCRV) strain JX01 (genotype I), and cells were harvested at 1 h post infection. Total RNA was extracted and subjected to cDNA library construction. RNA sequencing was then executed using the NovaSeq 6000 platform (Illumina, USA) by Novogene (Beijing, China).
