Dataset related to article "Longevity of antibody responses is associated with distinct antigen-specific B cell subsets early after infection"

T cell flow cytometry data of publication doi: 10.3389/fimmu.2024.1505719: Files beloning to the sustaining antibody/SAb group are called "HT" (high titer) in filename. Files belonging to the declining antibody/DAb group have "LT" (low titer) in the name. Flow cytometry files were measured in four batches numbered from three to six and include the compensated parameters. The B cell data can be found under doi: 10.5281/zenodo.14198396.
