Native and non-native freshwater bivalves in the bioremediation of bacterial pollution caused by the disposal of sewage

Wastewater 16S rRNA V3V4 sequencing, using three treatments (raw water, primary treatment and secondary treatment) with four communities of native and non-native freshwater bivalves, in order to asses their bioremediation potential.
