资源简介:
We present here the numerical simulation results of the temperature in the Martian atmosphere during solar longitude (LS) 0°-90° of Martian Year (MY) 36. The data is based on the LMD Mars GCM (version 5.3). A description of the model setting is presented in the supporting information of Fan et al. (2022), and a general description of the model architecture is given in Forget et al. (1999). Horizontal resolution of the model is 5.625° and 3.75° in longitude and latitude, and the number of vertical layers is set to 32 on a hybrid vertical grid, which has been interpolated to 91 pressure levels in the final data from surface to 0.01Pa. The temporal resolution is set as 960 and 96 steps per Martian day for computing dynamics and physics, respectively. The dust scenario is set to MY 36 based on MCS observations. The data is one single NetCDF file, which is self-explanatory with the meanings of variables included in its header. It contains atmosphere temperature, surface temperature, and surface pressure in the simulation, together with information about the four-dimensional grid in longitude, latitude, pressure level, and time, and also the corresponding LS at each timestep.
