Luminal fecal microbiota 16S Sequencing from MC38 tumor-bearing C56BL6/J mice after colonization with microbiota from human IBD patients or healthy subjects

16S rRNA gene sequencing was performed on luminal microbiota from C57BL6/J mice previously treated with antibiotics and colonized with microbiota from human IBD patients or healthy subjects. Colonized mice have been subcutaneously injected with MC38 tumor cell line and treated with anti-PD-1 or isotype control antibodies.
