To standardize a 32 marker mass cytometry panel able to characterize CD4 and CD8 T cells.
Conclusion:
This panel is able to identify all canonical lineage markers as well as CD4 T cell helper subsets, CD4 and CD8 T cell activation and memory subsets The same human PBMCs were spiked into all fully stained samples tagged with CD45 111Cd in order to confirm optimal staining and account for batch effects.
